John left a note to thank everyone who left a message at Grove Park about tackling climate change.
The note said: “Just a quick note from me to say I agree: we only have one planet, and the UK has a great chance to lead the way on tackling Climate Change. We’re hosting the COP26 conference later this year, and we’ve got to get everyone else to come with us on signing up to net zero emissions, as well protecting seas from plastics, improving wildlife habitats and cleaning up the air we all breathe as well. We’ve come a long way, but it isn’t nearly far enough; there’s still further to go. If we stay united and work together, we can do this!”
