We will reply to every constituent who gets in touch in need of our help. In the first instance, please e-mail a brief description of the matter you need help with to John.Penrose.MP@Parliament.uk. Please also include your full address and a contact phone number. Surgeries will be offered to those who need/request them at a time best suited to their needs.
North Somerset Council issues
If your concern relates to North Somerset Council, please – where possible – exhaust their official complaints process involving your ward Councillor. If you’ve not yet done this, this would be the first step we’d recommend in order to resolve your issue. Their contact details can be found here. Please do come back to us should your problem not be resolved promptly.
Meet John at a local surgery
John holds surgeries in and around Weston, Worle and the villages and on Zoom to discuss any concerns or problems that residents may have.
To arrange an appointment please e-mail Melissa Poole in John’s Weston office, making sure your message contains your name, full address (with postcode), contact daytime telephone number and a few details on the issue/concern you wish to raise.
Please note Parliamentary rules prevent MPs from dealing with cases from other MP’s constituents.
As an alternative to a surgery, you can write to John at either of the addresses below or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
